I want to change the ‘nocturnal’ side of me. I mean, I’m always staying up late between 1-3:00 am and waking up between 10-11 am. It’s just so tiring. I would always wake up feeling all over exhausted. And boom, I’m always doomed. I can feel my loss of health, wellness and stamina. Great loss, dude. And I feel like I always do least things if I’ll continue being like this. So, I’ve decided to change my body clock to sleep at 10 pm or something and wake up at 7 am. It’s for myself so, there’s no holding back.. I can do this. I will discipline and control myself.
